Our Lower Back Wheat Wrap features an adjustable Velcro strap that keeps it comfortably in place – right where you need it. Designed to relieve aches, pains, and sore muscles in the lower back and hips. Hot tip for the ladies: wear it at the front to help ease period or pelvic pain.
Made from 100% wide wale cotton corduroy fabric and wheat grown and harvested in Goondiwindi/Queensland. All products are sewn on farm by the owner, Helen.

HEATING DIRECTIONS: Microwave on high for 1 minute, increase time if necessary to find your ideal temperature. Never microwave for longer than 3 minutes, no matter how large the wheat pack.
